History
Oxford MRI Courses started in 2004. The aim was to provide accessible and affordable courses for both trainees and consultants in radiology. The Emergency Radiology/On Call course and the MRI course have taken place every summer since then, and have developed and in response to the feedback from attendees.
Since the courses began we have been fortunate enough to welcome attendees from the whole of Europe, and from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Korea, India, Pakistan, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the USA.
The lecturers are all established consultants at UK teaching hospitals. We also invite each year an Emergency Radiology speaker and an MRI specialist from the USA.
The courses are organized by radiologists. We maintain a non-sponsor non-corporate policy.
